AWHAT THE GRAPHIC MEANS
DROP 004 — WRONG TURN →A route diagram redrawn from a diversion board that pointed at a road closed in 2019. The board is still there.
Line weights follow signage standards; arrowheads are held at 34 degrees throughout. The legend describes six symbols, four of which do not appear anywhere on the diagram.
The last segment leaves the frame without arriving. That is the whole graphic.
Discharge print removes the dye rather than adding ink, so the diagram has no hand at all — it reads as part of the cloth.
